Ideally, systems are retained on your internal IT platform, but some clients prefer full client access to a system based within our infrastructure.

Clients are always assigned a key internal accountant, based on their industry experience and qualifications, matched to you business and its needs. If appropriate, they will be supported by a bespoke team, offering a range of experience, put together based on your specific support requirements. When client relationships are within a regulated environment a formal SLA and governance structure will be put in place. Where the client is not regulated a suitable governance structure will be established so that you can be confident we are providing industry best practice with appropriate control structures in place.
