Founded in 2007, Offshore Group has grown into one of the Channel Islands’ most trusted providers of outsourced financial services. Based in Guernsey and Jersey, we support local businesses, corporate service providers, intermediaries and international clients with reliable, practical solutions in accounting, payroll, tax and financial control.

Company history
2007
Offshore is founded as a specialist consulting firm, advising businesses on financial and operational matters.
2010
Outsourced accounting services are introduced in response to growing client demand.
2017
Payroll outsourcing is launched, establishing a dedicated service line alongside accounting.
2021
The core business is sold to a Channel Islands corporate services provider. The commercial and payroll operations are excluded from the transaction, creating the foundations for the next phase.
2022
Offshore Commercial is launched, continuing the firm’s client-first approach with a renewed focus on practical outsourced services.
2022
Offshore Commercial opens an office in Mauritius, marking the group’s first international expansion.
2023
The Jersey business is established, strengthening Offshore’s presence in the Channel Islands.
2024
Offshore Payroll is incorporated, giving payroll services a dedicated structure and renewed momentum.
2025
UK operations are launched, establishing a dedicated onshore resourcing hub.
2026
The business rebrands as Offshore Group, reflecting its growth, expanded service offering and multi-jurisdictional footprint.
